RULES AND POLICIES


Tickets and Refunds


 All Tickets are non-refundable/ non-transferable

No Refunds after purchase

Credits will be issued on trips cancelled atleast 24 hours prior to originial departure time

Tickets are only valid for date and schedule selected at time of purchase

There will be no refunds/credits issued for delayed departure or arrivals

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time

GatorBus reserves the right to sell your seat if you are not at the departure location at the schedule departure time

If a GatorBus schedule is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, weather related, traffice, etc. GatorBus will issue a refund or a ticket credit

BOARDING

 

No Printed ticket is necessary to board, Driver will have list of passengers.

Customers must show a valid photo ID (matching passenger name on ticket)

GatorBus is not responsible for delays in bus arrival/departures due to weather, traffic, or mechanical problems

GatorBus is not responsible for unaccompanied senior’s or/and minors traveling

Open seats may be purchased at the departure points

 

LUGGAGE

 

You are allowed 5 large bag of any size in the luggage compartment and 2 small bag and a laptop onoard the bus

GatorBus is not responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged baggage/packages

 

PETS

 

We are a pet friendly company

Pets must travel in cages
